We understand that you may have some quick fire questions, so we’ve collated some of our most popularly asked questions to save you time!

  • When do I need to order by?

All orders are collected from the factories in Italy every Friday. Orders must be placed on the Tuesday prior to collection at the latest. You can order on any day, however please contact our team first and we can advise on our ordering procedure.

  • How long will my delivery take?

All deliveries are subject to the factory stock and lead times. Although orders generally take between 10-20 days from the date ordered. For a more accurate lead time please contact us at; info@casaceramica.co.uk

  • Do you stock items in your showroom?

We only hold a few ranges in our showroom. As 99% of our products are specially ordered from the manufacturer. Please contact us for further information.

  • Do I need to make an appointment to visit the showroom? 

If you’ve been liaising with a particular staff member & need them to assist you, it’s a good idea to make an appointment, you can do so via email. However Walk-ins are always accepted & we will try to make ourselves available to help you.

  • How do I pay for my order? 

Once you have received confirmation of your invoice, you can make your payment via a BACS online payment, Over the phone or you can pay in our showroom. Please note when paying via a credit/company card additional charges may occur. Please note we do not accept AMEX.


  • Do you supply and fit?

Unfortunately not, we only supply the tiles. However, we can recommend tilers who we’re confided can achieve an award winning finish. Subject to availability and location.

  • Can I order from outside the UK? 

Yes! However enquires outside of the UK may take a little longer to process. This is due to transportation quotes and factory advice. To help us with your enquiry, please enquire with as much information as possible.

  • Can you advise my tiler? 

Yes of course. We don’t just sell the tiles. We can speak with your tiler, building contractor, designer, architect etc & advise them on the product details, design layouts & technical advice.

  • Theres a tile I’ve seen online/elsewhere but I can’t seem to find it on your website?

Please email us with your enquiry in as much detail as possible, along with your contact information & delivery postcode. As we’re not limited to the factories we work with & we will try to provide the best solution for you.

  • Do you offer trade discount?

 Yes, please enquire with all your company details via our contact form.
