Casa Shortlisted for The Tile Association Awards 2017

Casa Ceramica are very happy to announce, we have been shortlisted for ‘Best Use of Tile in a Domestic Environment – Bathrooms’ for The Tile Association Awards 2017.

Casa Ceramica are delighted to be shortlisted into the The Tile Association Awards 2017. We put forward images of a newly developed family home in Yorkshire. Our tiles were to play a big role throughout this incredible home, although the master suite was one area they wanted to make a statement.

To achieve this, we used our Classic Marble book-match slabs, which are made from 6mm thick porcelain. Each tile measured 1.2mx2.4m, mimicking a natural Italian Statuario marble. The beautiful marble veining flowing through each tile, allowed us to seamlessly wrap a full bathroom wall.

For the floor area, our Classic Wood White Chevron was used; this is a 10x60cm porcelain tile with a thickness of 10mm. The traditional Parisian pattern gives a feel of calmness, style and sophistication, which works flawlessly with the Marble wall. The level of detail and surface texture on these tiles resemble the natural features of real wood perfectly.

The gorgeous pottery and fittings were supplied by CP Hart Manchester, who worked on the whole project to help create all the beautiful bathrooms. In this room, a mixture of Italian and German fittings by Gess & Jorger work fantastically with our tiles.
